Orders are shipped from any of our 2 Warehouse's depending on disponibility at the time the order was placed, our main warehouse is located in Cochabamba, Bolivia and our new warehouse is located in Atlanta, GA USA.

How long it will take to receive my order?
Once order is placed it takes about 5 days for handling and prepare your order for shipping.
Unless otherwise noted, most orders take about 10-15 business days for delivery to USA/CANADA.
EUROPE/ASIA/AUSTRALIA about 20-25 or so days. If any delays, you will be informed immediately via email.

How can I know my order status?
All items shipped to USA/CANADA goes with a tracking number by USPS - CANADA POST.
EUROPE/ASIA/AUSTRALIA  Tracking number ill be provded if your country post service applyes for tracking number.

Orders Outside USA shipped by USPS International Registered Mail with tracking number.

Shipping from Bolivia Warehouse:
Orders to USA/CANADA shipped by USPS - CANADA POST International Registered Mail with tracking number.
Orders EUROPE/ASIA/AUSTRALIA shipped by International Registered Mail with tracking number if country post applies.

How about the items?
All orders are packed and inspected before shipping. Goods are delivered in a shipping box or envelope.
All orders are marked as a Gift or Commercial Sample with low money value for custom purposes.
All items are inspected by Local Custom Agency & Post Services under normal international regulations.
